 Our Return and Exchange policy:

– We have to be notified within 48 Hours from Order receiving date, if not, we will not be able to replace or return the order.

– Money Return is though “Vodafone Cash” Only.

– Returned or exchanged items have to be intact same as original condition, unworn, and with tags on.

– Shipping fees (for a Return or Exchange) is on client.

– Shipment is delivered to the client sealed though our courier company, if you want to return or exchange you can contact us again to re-send the courier representative.

.تكون القطعة بحالتها كما تم استلامها.

.مصاريف الشحن (الإسترجاع او الإستبدال) على العميل. 

الطرد يصل مغلق عن طريق شركة الشحن، في حال الرغبة في الاستبدال او الاسترجاع يتم التواصل معنا و سيتم ارسال المندوب مرة اخرى
